These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Klirline, a social media dashboard and AI Consultant provided by Klirline Inc.

You may use Klirline only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms, applicable laws, and the rules of any connected social platform.

You are responsible for the activity in your account and for maintaining accurate account, billing, and workspace information.

Klirline lets you connect social media accounts, including Google and YouTube accounts, so the dashboard can retrieve analytics such as views, likes, comments, subscribers, followers, post status, and related performance data.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect each account and use its data in Klirline.

You can disconnect connected accounts at any time via dashboard settings. Disconnecting an account may limit or disable analytics, scheduling, AI Consultant context, and other account-specific features.

The AI Consultant uses the context available in your Klirline workspace, including connected account analytics, to generate content strategy suggestions, performance summaries, and creative recommendations.

AI-generated responses are informational only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific business, audience, or legal obligations.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated advice before acting on it, publishing content, changing budgets, or making business decisions.

Klirline depends on third-party platforms and APIs. Account connectivity, analytics freshness, publishing availability, and feature behavior may change when those platforms change their services, permissions, rate limits, or policies.

You agree not to misuse Klirline, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, scrape data outside supported features, or use Klirline to violate another service's terms.

You retain ownership of your content and connected account data. You grant Klirline Inc. the permission needed to operate, process, display, and analyze that data to provide the service.

Certain Klirline features may require an active subscription or usage-based entitlement. Fees, limits, and plan features may be shown in the product or checkout flow.

We may suspend or limit access if payment fails, usage exceeds plan limits, or we reasonably believe the account creates legal, security, or platform-integrity risk.

Klirline, the social media dashboard, account connectivity, analytics, and AI-generated advice are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

Klirline Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect analytics accuracy, specific growth outcomes, platform approval, increased revenue, or that AI recommendations will produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klirline Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klirline Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims related to Klirline is limited to the amount you paid to Klirline Inc. for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms as Klirline evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.

You may stop using Klirline at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or continued use creates meaningful risk for Klirline, other users, or connected platforms.
