Privacy that keeps the work clear.
Klirline Inc. builds tools for social teams that need useful analytics without unnecessary noise. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect the data you trust us with.
What We Collect
Klirline Inc. collects account information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, workspace details, and subscription status.
When you connect a social account, including through Google or YouTube OAuth, we collect the social media analytics needed to power the dashboard and AI Consultant. This may include views, likes, comments, subscribers, follower counts, post metadata, publishing status, and related performance signals from connected accounts.
We also collect basic product usage data, such as feature interactions, device and browser information, and diagnostic logs, so we can keep Klirline reliable and easier to use.
How We Use Data
We use connected account data to show social analytics, generate performance summaries, support scheduling and account management workflows, and provide AI-driven content insights tailored to your real results.
For example, Klirline may use YouTube views, subscribers, likes, and comments to help the AI Consultant identify what content is working and suggest practical next steps.
We design Klirline to support mental clarity: fewer scattered dashboards, clearer decisions, and less noise around performance data.
Google And YouTube Data
If you connect a Google or YouTube account, Klirline requests access only for features you choose to use, such as reading analytics and account data for dashboard reporting and AI insight generation.
We do not use Google or YouTube OAuth data for unrelated advertising purposes, and we do not sell that data.
You can disconnect connected accounts at any time from the dashboard settings. You may also revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page.
Sharing And Selling
We do not sell your personal data or connected social analytics.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Klirline, such as hosting, authentication, analytics infrastructure, payment processing, and AI model providers. These providers are authorized to use data only as needed to provide services to us.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect Klirline and our users, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
Retention And Control
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Klirline, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
You can disconnect your social accounts at any time via dashboard settings. Disconnecting an account stops new data from being retrieved from that account, though previously processed dashboard records may remain until deleted or no longer needed.
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to legal and security limits.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data and connected analytics from unauthorized access, misuse, and loss.
No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but privacy and trust are core product priorities for Klirline Inc.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Klirline evolves. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product or other appropriate channels.
